at 0:58 is that you using the follow focus while moving?
No it is called the vertigo effect. Zooming in/out while moving forward/backwards :)

@@wildbill1240 no, in this shot I walked forward and zoomed out in post production.
@@SietseMeeuwesen That's a really cool trick. I need to try that. My only concern with my Sony A7SII is that the auto focus will do well enough while on the gimbal. I don't really want to hook up a follow focus or use manual focus. Nobody online seems to mention any focus difficulties with gimbals, though.
@@wildbill1240 I don’t really know about the AF. I used canon lenses with an adapter so I always used (and still use) manual focus.

Thank you!! I always use manual focus. I shot both 50fps and 100fps and 4k 25fps

Jørgen Moe Thank you! In fact this entire video was shot hanheld, didn’t use a ronin :) but I usually set a focus point manual to keep everything in focus
Yeah I knew this wasnt shot with ronin but seen some videos from you that had. Really f*** impressed man! Been trying something myself but going over to A7S II myself now and going to keep experimenting. Your a huge motivation
